Why Do We Need More Trees During Coronavirus?

While the whole world is panicking, and everyone thinks about isolation, social distancing, and quarantine, more and more people are becoming depressed in their houses. This is a valid emotion as the feelings that are brought by the isolation and loneliness trigger negative effects on the brain. Health and safety are of paramount importance, but there are also ways on how to keep a healthy mind amid the global crisis that is becoming more and more prevalent in each passing day. One of these is to keep in touch with nature. Although everyone is forced to stay inside their homes, you can still experience to connect with nature and be healthy with your activities at home. The following are the things you can do. 

1.Plant Trees and Breathe Fresh Air 

Reforestation is still happening in different parts of the world, despite the stall and the pause that the coronavirus has enforced to many people around the globe. One of the most positive and beneficial things you can do at home is to plant trees for the future. You may also plant small plants in order to be able to breathe fresh air and encourage the whole neighborhood to begin creating more green spaces for healthier air in the community.
